Starting 29th April 2021, you can download SCCM 2103 baseline version from Microsoft Evaluation center. In addition to that SCCM 2103 update is also generally available to all customers.
The ConfigMgr 2103 Baseline version will allow clean install from scratch without upgrading from the previous version. The SCCM 2103 baseline build includes the setup files which will help you install SCCM 2103 from scratch.
The SCCM 2103 baseline media download should be available for both VLSC and MSDN customers. If you already have the Configuration Manager product key, you can download evaluation copy and activate the product. Here is a guide to convert SCCM evaluation version to full version. Download SCCM 2103 Baseline Version
To download SCCM 2103 baseline media, visit Microsoft evaluation-center. Under Microsoft Endpoint Manager products & resources section, look for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (current branch – version 2103) | 32-bit and 64-bit.
To download the version 2103 baseline media, you need to fill up some details first. Enter all details (all of them are mandatory). Click Continue. Next, click Download button. Save the file named MEM_ConfigMgr_2103.exe. The file size is approx. 1.6 GB.
Once the download is complete, you can either double-click this file or manually extract it to a folder using winrar or 7zip. You can then use the setup file to begin the Configuration Manager 2103 installation.
