470+ List of SCCM Reports | ConfigMgr Reports

This article lists all the SCCM reports (ConfigMgr Reports) that are available in Configuration Manager. You can run these built-in ConfigMgr reports to gather information about your estate.

Configuration Manager supplies 470+ built-in reports covering many of the reporting tasks that you might want to do. You can also use the SQL statements in these reports to help you to write your own reports.

Like SCCM log files, there are many reports that come preinstalled with ConfigMgr. Each of these reports gives us critical information.

Reporting in Configuration Manager provides a set of tools and resources that help you use the advanced reporting capabilities of SQL Server Reporting Services or Power BI Report Server.

Reporting helps you gather, organize, and present information about users, hardware and software inventory, software updates, applications, site status, and other Configuration Manager operations in your organization.

To access the SCCM reports, you must install the SQL reporting services point role. Reporting Services connects to the Configuration Manager site database to retrieve data that is returned when you run reports.

There are two ways to access SCCM reports:

  • Open the browser and visit the link http://SCCMServerName/ReportServer to access reports.
  • From the SCCM console, go to Monitoring\Overview\Reporting\Reports and here you can access all the reports.

2 thoughts on “470+ List of SCCM Reports | ConfigMgr Reports”

  1. i have been removed SQL Report Service on SCCM site server without backup the built-in reports.
is there any ways to recover them?
i’ve already re-installed SSRS but no reports there.
    thanks.

    Reply
    • Built-in reports are installed once you install SQL reporting service, so you don’t have to worry. But the custom reports should be backed up because they don’t appear when you reinstall SSRS. In case you don’t see the built-in reports, check if SSRS is installed correctly. Look into the SSRS log files.
