To generate a System Performance Report in Windows 11, you can use the built-in Performance Monitor tool. Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Open Performance Monitor
Press Win + R keys to open the Run dialog box. Type perfmon and press Enter. You may also type performance monitor in the search and launch the tool.

Step 2: Start System Performance Report
In the left-hand pane of the Performance Monitor window, expand Data Collector Sets > System. Right-click on System Diagnostics and select Start.

Step 3: Wait for the Report to Generate
The tool will collect data for about 60 seconds. After it is completed, the report will be available under Reports. On the hard drive, the generated reports are saved in C:\PerfLogs\System\Performance folder.
