We have Hybrid environment, and all the devices are enrolled into Intune using MDM enrollment policy from on-premises AD. We have configured the Intune remote help into tenant, But when users open the remote help app and sing-in into it with organization account after successful sign-in few seconds later they received below message

“It looks like you have signed in with the wrong account. Please sign out

and sign in using your XXXX account.”

Please note I have already checked the licenses are correctly assigned to the users, for those user’s sign-in logs I can only see the success logs for this application. which logic should be as user authenticate successfully but gets above message right after few seconds.
I also checked the access work and school option, and correct user account is configured, and device is correctly joined to azure AD. I checked this by using dsregcmd /status
So please can you help me to find the exact reasons of this issue and how to fix it. Is it something related to the authentication token or what?
