In this post, I will list the supported OS versions for SCCM admin consoles. The console enables IT administrators to manage devices, deploy software, enforce compliance, and monitor systems in an enterprise environment.
The Configuration Manager console is always installed on every site server. You can also install it on other computers too. Using the console, you can either connect to a central administration site or a primary site but not to a secondary site.
Configuration Manager supports the installation of the console on most of the new client and server operating systems. However, it is important to check the operating system compatibility before installing/deploying the console.

Checking the installed console version
If you want to find out the version of Configuration Manager console, you can do so by launching the console first. In the top-left corner, click on the drop-down arrow near the Home button.
